Our support service specialists provide technical support, advice and maintenance of control programs for process control systems and MES, including previously installed process control systems for Plant iT and brewmaxx. We respond flexibly to customer requests and needs and provide a choice or a combination of several formats of assistance:

  • Subscription Service - Routine and preventive maintenance work that is performed through remote access, advising customer personnel on the operation of control programs based on a package of service hours selected by the customer.

  • Service maintenance - works on system maintenance, diagnostics and elimination of malfunctions and failures in system operation, by means of remote connection to the system and/or consultation of plant specialists.

  • Field service - service work that we perform directly at the plant where our control system is installed.

  • System monitoring and 24/7 support.
Standard technical support as Subscription and Service is provided on workdays from 09:00 to 18:00 (Moscow).
